What is pinned by the dock door
One sheet, read out to anybody who has not been in before, and applied by whoever is on shift without any negotiation.
Getting in
Who comes through the dock door
- Eighteen and over across the whole floor, including the tables people only eat at.
- Photo ID may be asked for on the way in or halfway through a shift.
- We can decline entry and are not required to give a reason for it.
- Assistance animals are welcome; other animals wait outside on the dock.

Around the floor
Keeping the shift pleasant
- Phones on silent; take the call out on the dock where the reception is better anyway.
- Photographs of your own table are fine. Ask before you photograph anybody else's.
- The floor may move players between tables to even up numbers on a quiet shift.
- Shift lists and score pads are rubbed out at close and nothing carries into the next day.
- Service stops for anyone who has had enough, and we will ring for a car at any hour we are open.
